Big Lick, TN is a small country town, made up of beautiful country and amazingly friendly, helpful, and hard working folks.

         Big Lick was dubbed as such, because of the large naturally occurring salt lick. Located about a 1/4 mile behind the Big Lick cemetery, the salt lick was a major source of food for humans and animals alike. Unfortunately, a road is now covering the original big salt lick.
